Wilderness Standards and Guidelines Updates

Wilderness standards and guidelines needed to be updated to be consistent with national policy, to better reflect monitoring needs, and to address recreation opportunity spectrum (ROS) mapping updates. These edits were made and are incorporated into the 2008 amended Forest Plan.
